Game Introduction
This game is designed to help players reflect on the good and bad practices of their department or team. It can be used to brainstorm potential solutions to problems while celebrating the successes of the team. The format is that of a normal board game where a dice determines how many steps forward a team moves, but the difficulty is set by either the team before playing or the facilitator before introducing the game.
At the end of the game, there will be time for reflection and discussion. This is key to the whole experience and must be run by the facilitator. If you are a facilitator, we suggest reading this whole instructions manual in order to get a clear idea of the use cases and process of this game.
